Quick-Plotting a Tag

The Historical Data Viewer has a quick-plot feature to allow you to quickly view data from any tag in your system.  Simply click the graphic representing an analog input, digital input, calculation, or function tag in your system and a HDV page will open, showing just that tag’s data.  If the tag does not have an attached logger, then the graph will show only data starting at the moment when you opened it.   If a tag does not have an attached logger, there will be no history data to display.
