Once you have finished filtering the alarm list, you should remove the filter.
To remove a priority filter from the alarm list:
1. Click the priority filter drop-down list (the drop-down list to the far left).
2. Select the "Show All Priorities" option.
The priority filter is removed, and alarms of all priorities are now displayed in the alarm list.
