The Configured list is the only alarm list that can be sorted by alarm name. Sorting the Configured alarm list by alarm name does not remove any alarms from the list; rather, the alarms in the list are reorganized in alphabetical order by name.
Note: Alarm names are not displayed in the alarm list; rather, alarm names are one of the attributes of an alarm tag. Operators do not generally have a need to work directly with the properties of alarm tags.
To sort the currently displayed alarm list by alarm name:
1. Click the Sort List By drop-down list.
2. Select the "Sort List By Alarm Name" option.
Note: The History list cannot be sorted.
