The Alarm page is an important part of your VTS application. Alarms notify you of certain conditions or events within your physical equipment. When an alarm is triggered, specific details about it appear on the Alarm page where alarms can be managed.
The Alarm page provides you with different options for viewing, managing, filtering and sorting alarm data according to your needs. Some viewing, managing, filtering and sorting options include:
• Viewing a history of alarms, or viewing a list of current alarms, active alarms, unacknowledged alarms, disabled alarms, or all alarms that have been configured for your system alarms
• Managing alarms by acknowledging one alarm, all alarms, or silencing or muting alarm sounds
• Filtering the alarm list by a specific priority, or area
• Sorting the alarm list by date and time or by alarm priority
