To view all unacknowledged alarms for your application, click the Unack List Options button.
Unacknowledged alarms are reported until you select the alarm and click the Ack button (see Acknowledge One Alarm), or until you've clicked the Ack All button (see Acknowledge All Alarms), regardless as to whether or not the condition that triggered them still exists. For example, if the level of a tank in your system was high, and you have since drained the tank, returning the tank's status to normal, the alarm will remain in the Unack list until you've acknowledged it.
Unacknowledged alarms appear in the Unack alarm list, as well as in the Current alarm list. If you would like to see both unacknowledged and active alarms for your application, switch to the Current alarm list (see View Current Alarms).
