(VTScada) Indicates whether active low setpoint or high setpoint alarms should or should not be signaled by a flashing indicator on the related station symbol and on the tag's drawing method on the related station page.
If set to 0 (default), active alarms will not cause the related station symbol and station page to display a flashing alarm indicator.
If set to 1, active alarms will cause the related station symbol and station page to display a flashing alarm indicator.
Note: Station pages are automatically-generated dialogs that display data for a Data Flow RTU and its associated inputs/outputs.
