Alarm Manager Log, Database, and Data Files

To record and store information, the Alarm Manager maintains three different files: "Alarms.log" (log file), the "Alarms.db" (database file), and "<alarmname>.dat" (data files). These files are encrypted binary files used strictly by the Alarm Manager to store alarm-related data.
