When the Alarm page's Mute button is toggled on, the setting of AlmMuteAllow indicates whether a signal is sent to the server (if this workstation is a client), or to all clients (if this workstation is the server).
If set to 0 (false), the Mute button's setting on this workstation is not sent to the server (if this workstation is a client), or is not sent to all clients (if this workstation is the server).
If set to 1 (true), the Mute button's setting on this workstation is sent to the server (if this workstation is a client), or to all clients (if this workstation is the server).
