The DBConvert subdirectory within the VTS installation directory (i.e. "C:\VTS\DBConvert") is an application directory containing the components required to run the "Database Conversion" utility (see Database Conversion Utility) that is included with your VTS installation. The "Database Conversion" application enables you to convert ODBC-compliant databases from one format to another (e.g. Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to Microsoft Access database files).
