The DumpTools subdirectory within the VTS installation directory (i.e. "C:\VTS\DumpTools") contains a series of tools that may be used to dump data for analysis in diagnosing software bugs. Should a program fail, programmers and technical support personnel can study the dump and analyze the contents of memory at the time of the failure to determine the cause.
