Description: Updates locked resource items.
Purpose: This launched module updates one or all resource items that have been locked on this workstation under the VTS locking scheme.
Format: EditLockoutManager\Update(Item)
Parameters: Item is the name of the item to update. Invalid indicates that all resource items should be updated. An item need not be prepended with its type ( "F" for File, "P" for Page, or "T" for Tag), but may be if so desired.
Comments: EditLockoutManager\Update is a launched call.
