Enables you to specify one or more characters that will be used to separate security groups from usernames when new security accounts are being added to your system. If NameSpaceDelimiter has a valid value, then group security accounts are enabled for your application (see Security Groups).
Note: Security groups enable the subdivision of the user base into "super users" and "group users", where super users may create new security accounts, and the same username is allowable within different security groups (e.g. GroupA::JSmith and GroupB::JSmith).
