NoInitialDriverDial

If NoInitialDriverdial is set to 0, drivers using modems will automatically make a call when VTS starts.  If set to 1, they will not do so.  The list of affected drivers is:

•      AB,

•      Modicon,

•      Omron

Default:  NoInitialDriverDial = 1
