Primary Server Loss

During the remote configuration process, if the primary server is lost, the following operations take place:

During client isolation (no primary server, and with or without a backup server):

No online configuration actions on client can be performed.

Operational changes can be performed on the client, and the backup server (if present) will propagate these operational changes.

During service synchronization:

Any modifications to the primary server's tags take priority.

An update on the primary server during the client's absence causes the client to restart.

The section that follows provides information on operational changes and configuration changes.
