Indicates whether or not all non-zero RPC activity should be logged to a file on disk named, "RPCTrace.txt" within the VTS installation or product directory.
If set to 0, non-zero RPC activity will not be logged to disk (default).
If set to 1, all non-zero RPC activity will be logged to the "RPCTrace.txt" file in the VTS installation or product directory.
Note: This variable takes effect only while RPCDiagnostics (see above) is set to non-zero.
Default: RPCTrace = 0
