SCT.mdb

SCT.mdb is known as the replica tag database. It contains copies of the data stored in the tag properties database for your VTS application. SCT.mdb contains a baseline copy of tags (i.e. an unedited server version), and compares it to the tag properties database to detect and handle offline changes to Points.mdb.
