The SecMgr.dat file is an encrypted binary file stored within your application's directory that contains all account list information (the username, password, and privileges assigned to each user account) for a VTS application.
Because the SecMgr.dat data file is encrypted, it is protected against manual editing. The only means of adding, copying, modifying and deleting user accounts and their related passwords and privileges is using the security dialogs provided by VTS.
