Description: This statement immediately stops a speech engine and cancels any buffered speech.
Format: SpeechReset(SpeechStream)
Parameters: SpeechStream is the speech stream that you wish to cancel.
Comments: You will require a text-to-speech engine and voices to be able to execute speech related statements.
