The Support subdirectory within the VTS installation directory (i.e. "C:\VTS\Support\bin") contains the VTS MetaFile conversion utility (WMFutil.exe). The utility includes options to extract dumps from, fixes of, or color substitutions in metafile contents.
Dump output is sent to stdout, other messages to stderr.
