Indicates the appearance of the display when the Value/Time option has been selected in the Descriptions drop-down list on the Trends page.
If TrendLegendVal = 0, then the value of the tag is displayed in the second cell for the pen in the pen legend, and a mouse click displays the time and date (default).
If TrendLegendVal = 1, then the time and date are displayed in the second cell for the pen in the pen legend, and a mouse click displays the value of the tag.
