(VTScada) Indicates whether unacknowledged low setpoint or high setpoint alarms should or should not be signaled by a flashing indicator on the related station symbol and station page.
If set to 0, unacknowledged alarms will not cause the related station symbol and station page to display a flashing alarm indicator.
If set to 1 (default), unacknowledged alarms will cause the related station symbol and station page to display a flashing alarm indicator.
