This describes a group of three Point values. Vertices are grouped to form Path values. One point lies on the path, the other two points are used as handles on a Bezier curve.
Certain functions specify angles using a Vertex value. The angle from the center point of the vertex to the first handle is the starting angle; the angle from the center point to the second handle is the ending angle.
