The [PRIORITYSTART] section of a workstation.ini configuration file enables you to list any variables and modules that you wish to be started before any other variables in the [SYSTEM] section.
In remotely configured applications, the loading of the [SYSTEM] variables will not continue until the Edit Lockout Manager has been established as a client or server. The loading of the [SYSTEM] variables will not continue until the Edit Lockout Manager has completed its startup or it is disabled.
The variables listed below are generally considered workstation specific and although they may also be set in Config.ini, it is highly recommended that they are set in this file.
OfflineAction Designates which copy of a tag to load in the event that a tag conflict exists between the configuration server's copy and a local offline copy.
If set to O, then the local offline copy is loaded (default).
If set to S, then the server's copy is loaded.
Default: OfflineAction = O
OfflineTime Indicates the number of seconds to wait when a tag conflict exists prior to loading the default tag copy specified by the OfflineAction variable (see above).
Note: It is recommended that OfflineAction and OfflineTime be configured in the workstation.ini files on a per workstation basis, rather than in the Config.ini file.
Default: OfflineTime = 10
