SCADAStatusChangedNotification

This method is the same as SCADAAnalogChangedNotification, but for statuses (digitals). The SCADAStatusChangedNotification method provides a way for VTScada to send to an OAS Outage Analysis System such as Milsoft DisSPatch™, notifications for changes in VTScada’s status (digital) tag values. This method can be used to send one or more scadaStatus data objects for any tags that have data updates.
