When set to 1, tag-related network services base their names on the human-readable tag names rather than the unique IDs of tags.
Note: Legacy applications created prior to version 10.2 will have service names that are based on Unique ID values. If FriendlyTagServiceNames is set to 0 or does not exist in your application, the application must be running in order to edit the server list and unique ID values must be used.
