Turns on file-based diagnostic logging for detailed troubleshooting of the driver. Files are stored in the Trace Files location with one folder per driver.
The format does not consume a large amount of disk space, but note that this logging is somewhat heavy on CPU and Disk activity and therefore should disabled except when there is a need to diagnose problems.
